Ok, Fsbo's (For Sale By Owner's). They are still trying and failing! Did yu know that 86% of Fsbo's eventually list thier home with an agent?
Why isn't it with you? Here are some great question to ask yourself.
1. Don't you prospect new Fsbo's daily? Yes daily!
2. Do you following up with the Fsbo leads you have seen or called in the past? If so, how often?
3. Are you trying to list the Fsbo's over the phone on the first call to them? If yes, big mistake! Good luck, you'll need it because 99.99% will not be lsiting right away.
4. Are you sending a letter, popcorn or a magnet, and waiting for them to call you? Not a great strategy, to be more blunt - it's a complete waist of time and money!
5. Are you 100% comfortable when calling a Fsbo? If not you need great training - immediately! Otherwise, you'll stumble and your confidence will be crushed quickly.
