Mosaics, Missouri's Festival for the Arts invites you to participate in the fine art festival that is dedicated to making a high-quality arts experience as accessible as possible for the people of Missouri. This Arts Festival attracts more than 95,000 art collectors and patrons to Historic St. Charles and the metropolitan region. The Thirteenth annual fine arts festival will be held September 19, 20 and 21, 2008 on North Main in Historic St. Charles. The emphasis of the Festival will be on family fun, and creative activities.

Since 1994, national and local sponsors have helped support this national showcase for artistic talent. The combination of civic, corporate, governmental and private support that has come forth exemplifies how diverse groups working together can advance the arts and the overall quality of life in our city, providing an opportunity for the audience to experience free of charge many art forms.
