Greetings from Trinity Credit Repair,

Over the last few months we have had a lot of questions from our partnered real estate companies and mortgage brokers about our processes and procedures. So we decided to address all question formally because we strongly believe education is power.

For the longest consumers and financial institutes thought the credit bureaus were a government ran entity. We were told time and time again that the items reporting on our credit report could not be removed prior to a 7 or 10 year window. Well "The secret is out"... This is not so. They are all privately owned and operated. The three companies (Equifax, TransUnion & Experian) make their money by selling your personal & customers information to your competitors. I know a lot of you have had loans and purchases on the bubble to close to come back later and find out the consumer went elsewhere. The first tool I will give you for empowerment is optoutprescreen.com. This web site allows you to tell all three credit bureaus that they are not allowed to sell your information and sometimes can also cause a small  boost in your credit scores. Please do this for your personal credit immediately it will help cut down on the junk mail.  You may also opt out potential clients prior to pulling their credit reports.

I will next address what happens behind the scene to get our customers the success that they are currently getting.

Let's say your client has a medical bill listed on their credit report. Well, when your customer goes into a doctor's office they sign a privacy act. This act says that your information will not be release to anyone. When you default in the debt its then charged off and sold to a collection agency. Well this is against the law to list these items on the credit report or release the customer's information  because it violate the privacy act.

Another Explanation and FACT: Every major creditor has insurance on the money they lend out and when you don't pay it the debt then becomes a charged off account. Charge off only mean that the original creditor has been compensated by their insurance company. The original credit then sells the debt off to a collection agency. Well the law says that it's against the law to report information against a consumer without signed paperwork obligating them to you directly. Collection Agencies are mere investor and trick consumers on a nationwide scale to pay them on debt that has already been compensated. So we delete collection accounts just by challenging the account and asking the credit reporting agencies to show proof  of the account. This only scratches the surface.

Our processors and attorney's write letters to the credit bureaus on behalf of our clients and within 30 days they credit reporting agencies respond with updates and deletions. Sometimes it takes 2nd ,3rd and 4th rounds to them to get the score to the place that financing can be reach. We not only delete the negative but walk our customer through adding  unsecured trade line to offset their debt to credit ratio. Debt to credit is 40% of the scores. These are guaranteed approvals and not base on credit scores. These are relationships that we invested time and money into to help our customers.

In my closing I would like to say the credit bureaus have taken a strong stand against companies such as ours. They are brain washing consumers and financial institutes to believe that credit repair is not a legal option. The truth is we cost them millions of dollars every year because they have to hire employees to comply with our disputes. So their recourse is spending money to state that credit repair is a scam. There you have it, the secret is out. The truth is everyone will not have resounding success with credit repair however 90% of all consumers will and the other 10% generally add new negatives while in credit repair and fall behind on their current bills but so that your protected we have 100% money back guarantee.

There was  a recent study that stated 80% of all credit reports have errors in them. So basically this means most negatives can be removed becuse of improper filing.
