Hot Rods in Dutchess County Fairgrounds Rhinebeck

If you are seeing Hot Rods all over the Hudson Valley this is no surprise.These cars are heading to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck to the 17th Good Guys East Coast Nationals Hot Rod & Custom Car Show .

This is an activity that the whole family can enjoy. It is always great fun to see how creative people can be in restoring and customizing these beauties. For some of us it may even bring us back to the days of our youth. So if classic cars are your thing, head over to the Fairground this weekend.

Entrance fee $17.00 and children 7-12 $6.00

love hot rods - we just had a classic car show and i missed it! a friend of mine bought this incredible mint condition car for 4900- i'm in shock......1967 chev with original plastic still covering the seats! oh my word!

Barb - Yes there will be a lot to do around here this weekend.

Liz - I am sure he is excited about his find. Can't believe it still has the plastic covers on the seat.

Paddy - You are right if it is a wet day that will not be a good thing.

Leander - I too love those old beauties. In Rhinebeck there are many fine restaurant, remember the Culinary Institute is only a half and hour away so we get terrific chefs.

George - You are right, for many it is the memories that these beauty stirs, which draws them to these events year after year.
