Honey, I'm HOME!!
I flew in last night from Houston where I've been this past week for my checkup at MD Anderson. I"M FINE!! Still in remission. It's always a relief to hear those words.
I flew out just in time. The skies in Houston were churning and my flight was delayed because of weather. Please keep those people along the Gulf Coast in your prayers.
Cancer is still a scary word to hear, and sadly two more people in our office have been diagnosed in the past couple of months. Both are receiving treatments, but having been there, I know this is a very scary time for them.
On that note, the Oklahoma City Race for the Cure is coming up early in OCtober. Our office puts together a team for this event and my assistant, Lisa, will be running again this year. Anyone wishing to donate to this fine cause can do so here.

What is Sold for the Cure?
Sold for the Cure is an opportunity for RE/MAX Associates to make contributions to their local Komen for the Cure Affiliate with each closed real estate transaction.
How does it work?
Each participating RE/MAX Associate designates homes as Sold for the Cure properties. Once the homes sell, the Associate makes a contribution on behalf of the buyers or sellers.
