There is so much happening in the real estate community - not just here in AZ - but accross the country. Hi Todd - Welcome to Active Rain. I see that you've just joined A/R - so I want to encourage you to add your posts to the Groups. That way you'll receive more exposure, better SEO and of course, comments. At the top of the page are a bunch of tabs - one says "GROUPS" - click on it and it will show you all the groups here at the Rain. Then, may I suggest that you go back and add your posts to up to 4 groups each. I am the moderator of a group called "Home in Arizona" - please post to our group. It's a good way to make some new friends and earn some points! - Calie
