I thought I had figured out the most intricate case when I find out that if a person is trying to get approved for an FHA loan, and they were incarcerated within the past 2 years that income needs to be proven, if you can prove the start and ending date of the incarceration, they will grant a DTI exception....

DID YOU KNOW THAT if a person is receiving Food Stamps.......that is considered unearned income and it can be grossed up just like social security income and included in DTI.... WOW...This is one of those... THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!
