I send buyers daily/weekly updates on Foreclosures in our area. One particular this week is an awesome foreclosure in desireable neighborhood, just minutes from Huntsville and Madison Cities! It is under $80 sq. ft., and over 3000 sf. Huge, Gorgeous, you just don't want to miss it! Bank owned, no offers will be accepted without proof of funds and pre approval letter. SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE VERY LUCKY TO GET THIS ONE!
We are doing a disservice to overlook these homes when working with buyers. Yes, many say they don't want to go that route, however it is our job to educate buyers that foreclosures are not always trashed beyond repair. It's a wonder what a coat of paint and new carpet will do for a home! (I would be happy to share with you where you can get paint and carpet at a fraction of the price.)
