I think because of federal reserves and treasure department take over of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac can cause and increase in consumer confidence. In turn the interest rates will drop. We are already seeing a drop in rates last week. Lower rates will increase home sales. There has been an increase in incoming calls and showings. First time buyers that have been waiting for a long time will purchase a home. If you are interested in working with first time buyers this is the time to get a lot of listings in that market.
