Hi Richard, I have visited Gettysburg briefly once '05. It's a pretty area. Seems to me Marion, PA should also be scenic. I wouldn't know about prices in that area, but I can tell you that's a lot of house compared to what you can get in our area. Good luck with the sale.

My sellers have just installed new siding, roof and central air to this house along with a minor kitchen update. THey have no money left in the budget for staging, unfortunately.
