Hi Jim, thanks for the comment. This property can be used as a residential dwelling or for commercial purposes. The Friday worked real well because it brought in the local workers & then tomorrow & Sunday we should be seeing more of the home seekers. Our Client loves that we are working hard for him & I use the downtime to make calls & send emails ... so its a win/win. Thanks for the comment & best wishes for your continued success!
