Sierra Verde is a stunning community in Glendale Arizona. I'm a prior resident of that community. The homes were built in 1997 - 1999 and there are approximately 1100 homes in Sierra Verde. The homes were built by Jackson Properties, Shea, Fulton and Morrision. One and two story homes range in size from 1400 square feet to over 4000 square feet.
Sierra Verde is located north of Interstate 101 and west of 67th Avenue. Within the communities are walking paths, volleyball and basketball courts, waterfalls and a stunning lake on the north side of Arrowhead Loop Road. Many ducks and geese make daily visits to this lake and so so the residents. You will commonly find joggers or walkers around the lake at dusk watching the sun go down or in the morning as the sun rises. There are small views of the ThunderbirdMountains in the distance. In the midst of the community is Sierra Verde elementary.
Notably you will find few homes on the market in this community. It is a desirable neighborhood and I strongly recommend it.
Additionally, this Sub-division is located within the Arrowhead Ranch area.
