Home Brewing not unlike Real Estate

I have had this little hobby for the last several years and the other day when I was brewing a Home Brew batch it dawned on me...........Brewing is a lot like selling real Estate.  They both take precision, care and most of all PATIENTS.  First you start by choosing what to make, then you bring the water to a pre-described temperature ( usually about 1 hour), then you add ingredients within a time frame, then the hardest part of all WAITING.  Just when I was taking a mental break from real estate, it turns out you really can never get away from it.  So you can all see and I'm sure relate that there are some similarities. I would like to hear of your comparisons with hobbies you have or wish you had.
