HOUSES FOR SALE / PRICING TRENDS: 

Right now, there are approximately 273 Sherwood homes for sale, The current median home price is about $430,504 and the average dollar per square foot (PSF) for Sherwood is at about $180.

HOMES PENDING / SOLD:

According to the MLS, 10 Sherwood properties have went PENDING in the system since September 1st. 

If no new inventory were to enter the market, there would be enough inventory to last just over 4 months.  Currently properties are averaging about 127 days on the market (DOM).  While some Sellers are having great success, this market is currently a Buyers market. 

Right Now is a GREAT time to buy!

Recap: While week over week the market seems much the same, it's the consistency in home trends and lower interest rates that continues to be showing a positive impact on home buyers today.  Recent press along with many Realtors are reporting that things are officially "shaking loose!"
