Ninja through and through!!

Great progress on the Ninja front! Recently Listed a home where once again my Customer's after given a choice, chose my "Smart Move Plan" had there home staged, preinspected, and used the Price lines visual to position themselves in the market! We have an offer soon to be signed around after just 3 weeks on the market! I hope more Ninjas will "step into the fear" as Win W. says and present the options to the customer, they really do see value in what you do, if you will only show them! BarbC
