New to Active Rain and New to Buffini and Co.

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Island Style Realty, Inc.

Aloha!

I am new to Buffini and Company and Clubnet. I am also new to Active Rain. I've been going through the various posts in this group and I'm excited to say, this group is wonderful. Lots of sharing and popby ideas and more.

I have been on overwhelm since starting in July with my coach CJ Scott who is great and I am excited about going to the Turning Point in Phoenix AZ in December. Anyone else going to be there?

I have not started the popby's but am doing my calls and notes. Attempting to be as consistent as I can.

Looking forward to being part of the group.

Mahalo,(Thank You)

Judy

Welcome to our Buffini Family Blog!  We are all part of the best coaching systems in the world and it shows!  So nice to have you join us.  I know many people are trying to finish off the last quarter of this year, strongly.  To do that, they will be at those Turning Points!  I, myself, am working on scheduling 2 to 3 more.  I am not sure about Arizona, but, you never know! Were you at MasterMind Summit in San Diego?  It was just AWESOME!

Brian has incredible energy and insight. He has directed us, ever so correctly, for this market!  I am sure I will meet you at one of our events.

Get going on those popbys.  They seem to really make you connect to your clients on another level.  Either because of a very good idea, a very silly idea or just a very thoughtful idea.  You will win with popbys!

It's a Good Life!

I didn't know about the Mastermind until it was too late.  But I am planning to go next year.  Looking forward to it.  Looking forward to being in Pheoniz as this will be my first time. Hope it is not to cold, since I live in a warmer climate.

Can someone give me an idea of where to purchase the popby items?  Being I'm in Honolulu, not sure if we have many places that have affordable items? Are there places on the internet that we can order them from?

Judy, This is easier than you think:)  Sometimes, I find my popbys at the grocery store.  You can purchase a box of individually wrapped tea bags.  Green tea is very popular.  Staples or Office Depot, Home Depot, Lowe's or even the corner drugstore will have items to use.  Flower shops, nurseries, local farmers offer many choices.   Once you decide on the popby you will use for this month, let us know.  We will help you with the tagline!  Remember, it isn't so much about what the item is, it is for you to be making face to face contact with your database.  Have fun with it!

Fran this is great information and tips. I did go over my database and am still sorting through it. Are the popby's only  for your A+ clients or for your whole database? I am planning for October.  I'll check it out since I am free from Open House this weekend.

I appreciate the help!  I always seem to make things harder than they are and then I don't do them. But this group makes me want to jump in and get going!

Judy, You can give out popbys to anyone you would like to.  People who you meet or see on a regular basis.  My A+  clients always see me, stopping by with a popby.  However, you can keep your momentum going and maybe create more A+'s, by popping by:)  Just remember to ask for those referrals!  Contact me anytime if you have any questions:)  The more you get yourself out there, the better your business will be:)

It's a Good Life!
