You might want to get involved with your local board or association's RPAC Committee to help with the health insurance issues.

Arn't we all we are checking within our office to do a group plan I don't know if there will be a savings

Do you know that you may be able to purchase your own policy with more coverage and for less price than your employer can offer? As an employer I spent thousands of dollars comparingprices and chosing programs. When I settled on an awesome program with great pricing and powerful options it wasn't too long until one of my employees brought to my attention and individual family policy with more benefits for less price. Insurance companies got smart a long time ago and realized they could offer one set of coverage to employers and another set to individuals thereby increasing profits they once were losing by offering group policies at too much of a reduced price. Last year, as an employer, group insurance cost my company over $3200 per employee. My family coverage cannot receive any contributions from my company so my personal policy cost $6100 in 2005.

I recently joined ActiveRain and have written a few articles on my blog that deal with purchasing health insurance which may be of some help to you.  Until you are able to join a large group of other realtors, you may only have the option of purchasing your own individual health plan.  If your not sure sure what options you have, in terms of buying a quality health plan, I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
