The best job in town

Yes we do have the best job in town...I don't care what anybody says. I work part time at a local pharmacy for going on 10 years now. That is what I went to school to do until I came to my senses and opted out to get my business degree. The job has proved itself very valuable since then in terms of health insurance and my retirement set-up. Where this all leads is to the point that I have punched a clock for going on 10 years now. Ive been selling Real Estate for over 2 and a half years and I absolutely love it! If I don't make any money, there is no one else to blame. I know there are a boat load of Realtors out there that do not have health insurance or are paying out the ying yang for it. I strongly urge for any of you fellow Realtors who have any prescription questions to feel free to ask me. I will tell you what it is that your pharmacy employees may not be able to say while they are at work. I work only 2 12 hour days which makes my real estate schedule still very available. Those days are getting longer and longer however. It makes me appreciate not having to punch the clock while helping clients. I do hope to (one day) be in an income bracket where Health insurance is a very minuscule part of my families expenses...i see first hand during my time at the pharmacy that I will need an enormous amount of income for that to happen. At least it gives me an opportunity to ask the cold and flu patients if they are interested in buying or selling any real estate. Ok...I feel like Doogie Howser now...signing off
