Hello everyone. How do you tell a home seller that they are overpriced when they are certain that the price is legitimate? After providing comps, showing current listings in the area and reviewing solds the home sellers still seem convinced they are priced appropriately. What is anyone else doing out there to combat this?
This feedback and pricing thing can really turn an otherwise positive client relationship into a nightmare so I would love to know any and all tricks. Thanks.
