A few weeks ago I was referred some of the loveliest clients. They were looking to find a Round Rock, Texas, home with "great bones" in a super neighborhood that they could update and make their own. We were able to find just the house for them in Vista Oaks and closed on it in record time. I digress...
The reason that I'm writing is that they are chronicling their work and progress on their blog and I wanted to share this with you. I thought that this was such a great way for other first-time homebuyers and flippers/investors to be able to see how this happens. Additionally, thought that you might be interested in using this concept as a marketing tool -- perhaps you have some clients who are updating a home after purchase and you could publicize it.
