Why not group together with yoru office and send out a mailer? It's your own personal billboard for the office and you get in front of your audience. You can distribute it by either using a
- radius mailing
- put it in a distribution of a newspaper or flyers
- pay someone to continously put them in restaurants or get it added to the local coffee press papers you pick up in gas stations/restaurants
Why not team up with a mortage broker/bank and half the costs?
Why not ask your broker to fund it to advertise half for recruiting of the real estate industry?
Why should you pay full price when you are working hard and giving your business to the bank/broker/etc
