When You Think You Know It All...

During the course of business I come across many agents that have been in the field for a very long time.  Often I look to these veterans to learn lessons they have come to teach through their years of experience.  However there is a lesson for all of us to learn.  With the constant changing industry we are in, it is so important to invest our time in education.  Taking additional classes and seminars to gain a further understanding of what we do. (And I am not speaking of just the ones we need to renew our license.)  We will hear "with all of my years, I could teach the class" or "i don't have the time to take a class."  This is just my humble opinion, but furthering our knowledge of this industry will not only assist us to build our business, but also will re-energize us!  When you think you know it all...it's time to call it a day!
