2.5% of the loan amount (TJG), 4% for our investment group, and about $595.00 for processing
for deals under $500k. All fees are included so there are no out of pocket expenses.
The process is very easy and you never have to worry about not being able to close on a deal again

What we do, we have a unique funding solution which allows you to locate deals such as
foreclosures, REO’s, Bulk REO’s and distressed real estate to flip and or quick-turn to
end-buyers using our investor’s funds.
1. Locate any real estate deal.
2. You either find or have an end buyer in place.
3. Set up a same day close which we will fund 100% of your deal.
4. Your back end buyer then purchases the deal from you by using a double close
method.
This transaction must be done the same day. Please note that our investor will not fund your
back end buyer.
This is not a loan and there are no terms. We are not lending money but are simply funding
your end of the transaction. Our investors name is never on the deed of trust.
This method allows investors to buy and sell real estate at the same time safely and legally.
Again this allows you the ability to get your deal done without having to use the end buyers
