~Creating~

Negative news is nothing new and is nothing more than political positioning.  We are experiencing an increase because we are in an election year.  Both sides need to tell us how bad it is and has been so we will choose their side because they promise to make it better if we vote for them.  While difficult times are indeed upon us, until we choose to move forward out of it, we will only perpetuate it.  I choose to move forward.  It's a great time to buy, there is much to choose from, interest rates are low, new loan programs are available - start building wealth and equity today.  In other words, if we treat the present moment as a problem or obstacle then life becomes a problem or obstacle.
