Cameron! Now, now, you are just rubbin it in. I thought the high today of about 30 was nice. When I walked Simba this morning I was actually comfortable. The winds and cold air this past week have been pretty nasty. So 72 degrees would be just about heaven. :)

Yep, winter time, time to bundle up for sure. We got a gorgeous covering of snow early this morning. About 3 inches, the thick fluffy stuff that makes all the trees look like Christmas trees. I'll have to send you a photo! If it's gotta be cold, at least it's pretty!

Kathy, It did sell at above list price but I don't know of any bank that will pat to stage a property.
