Day 3 - Wall Street Crisis !

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Linda Lipscomb RE/MAX Lexington Henderson County TN 262480

A sell off not seen in decades!!

Correction or catastrophe???

This crisis started with the housing market and will need the rebound of the housing market to regain American trust.

First Bear Stears, Freddie & Fannie, Lehman, AIG, and today the talk on Wall Street was the merger of Morgan Stanley by Wachovia.

In reviewing today's events, the uncertainty was causing chaos on Wall Street.

Day 4......critical.   Regardless of what happens tomorrow, history will be made, no doubt.

Praying for a miracle.

Praying for a miracle is right!!!  What else could happen?  When it was Freddie and Fannie I thought that was as bad as it could get.

Linda the Feds are pumping in billions of dollars to save these financial institutions from financial ruin. I hope that it doesnt get any worse? Crisis certainly and correction of course. I hope not catastrophe!

What a financial mess we are in.  Its very scary and dangerous times.   Will this bail out of Wall Street really help the housing market? Every one is scared.

How in the world did it ever get this bad? it just goes to show you without good leadership from both congress and the president not working together how bad things can get!

Linda now that the financial rescue/ bailout has happened I hope the market including real estate will turn around?! One thing Im glad that this happened before Bush got out of office so that he had to deal with the mess that he helped create!
