Special offer

A pile of his and hers clothes and a flash of skin as they ran upstairs.....

Oh WOW! I stopped by the new construction site I work each weekend to meet some clients. They had called me earlier in the day and wanted to make an offer on one of the condos! (SWEET!)

So, I arrived 15 minutes early and opened up the three completed model homes, all next to each other. When I opended Model #2, I immedialtey know something is wrong. I look around the corner to see a pile of his and hers clothes, and a flash of a naked couple running up the stairs!

I step outside, call 911 and wait. It takes the police a while to get there. The "suspects" run out the front door, after getting dressed, and run down the road, jump a fence and are gone.

While all this is going on, and I am still on the phone to 911, my buyers show up! I have to explain to them why I am on the phone to 911, and why the police are pulling up into the development!  THINK THEY ARE GOING TO WANT TO LIVE THERE NOW? Well, they DO!!!!

We wrote up and offer and had a good laugh! WHAT A DAY!!!!

What a hoot!  My friend had a vacant new spec house listed.  Seeing an unfamiliar car in the driveway when no showings had been scheduled one afternoon, she went in to  find the builder between the sheets (sleeping bag) with someone he wasn't married to.  She excused herself and they never brought it up again....

Jim:  I have had that happen several times in my many years of showing model homes.  Even stranger things have happened... but this is not the place to share that... LOL.
