Tired of listening to your voicemail? There's a better way...

I just got turned on to a great servcie by another Active Rain member, Andrew Monaghan (don't want to steal credit).  It is called VoiceCloud.  When a client calls and reaches your voicemail, the service transcribes it into an email and/or text message and sends it to you within a few minutes.  No more wasting time listening to a long rambling message.  (althogh they send you the mp3 so you can listen if you want too).  I have my office phone forwarded to this service and it has saves me a ton of time!  They offer a FREE version (no text messages), a $9.95 version and an unlimited for $19.95.  Here is a link with a free trial:http://www.voicecloud.com/aff.cgi?affid=threesisters.

I like voice mail because it is much more difficult to alter them, whereas a text message can be saved, modified, and then claimed as original. I have let a few Clients listen to their voice mails because, in marketing and business, vocal inflections, as well as lots of you-knows and uhs can sometimes make or break a sale.
