I can't stress enough what a terrific forum this is to find outstanding real estate agents, lenders and other service providers. I have been working with some buyers from the Sacramento area who want to buy in the Carlsbad. Before they can purchase here, they need to sell their home in Woodland, near Sacramento. Their prior experience with a real estate agent had been a disaster, and I assured them we would find a highly competent Realtor to handle their listing.
I searched through Active Rain and found Gena Riede, and associate broker with ReMax, and am referring the clients to her. Gena and I spoke on the phone this morning and I feel so comfortable with her as an agent. I know these clients will conect with her--and I was able to assist by encouraging them to PRICE THEIR PROPERTY TO THE MARKET. They will likely be able to make up the difference on the buying end down here.
