Precision Financial is a growing source of manufactured home loans in the state of Michigan with a new presence in several neighboring states. We are committed to a program of offering low interest loans with terms that make sense to prospective buyers of manufactured homes. With this corporate philosophy we believe our growth will continue into a footprint over the entire Midwest as we become the lender of choice in the areas we serve.

The expertise of our principals and management team exceeds one hundred years in all phases of the manufactured housing industry from community development, to retailing, to years of experience in lending and servicing manufactured home loans. Collectively, we have served both national and state boards with board memberships in four states, and committee memberships in others. Several of our leaders are often sought out as speakers on manufactured housing and one has served as the Chairman of the State of Illinois Manufactured Housing Quality Assurance Board which made major reforms in the set up standards and educational requirements for set up personnel in the state of Illinois.

Our defining philosophy is one of partnership throughout the life of the loan. We work with a select group of manufacturers, retailers and communities who also understand the value of a long-term partnership to provide a source of low interest loans to prospective homebuyers.
