Whats going on?

What does all of this stock market stuff mean? One day the government is comming to the rescue and the next more companies are in trouble. I have heard from many clients that they are going to wait to buy or sell their home because they are scared of the unkown. I think the that kind of thinking is part of why we have not been able to pull out of the housing slump. Go out and buy I say. This could be the best time in recent history to really get a good deal & low intrest rate. When everyone is feeling safe and sound , The stock market back in full swing , buyers will be kicking them selves because they waited to long. I say jump in there. Now is the time.
