South Fulton is a wonderful place to live, work, and play. It's growth and economic expansion is receiving national attention. It has long been known for it's accessibility to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and major interstates (I-285, I-85, I-75, I-20) but it is also the home of the states second largest exhibit and meeting space (Georgia International Convention Center) and two of the nations largest railroads, and the southernmost terminus of Marta's rapid rail for easy access to metropolitan Atlanta.
South Fulton includes the south and west sides of Atlanta and six other communities (Hapeville, East Point, College Park, Union City, Fairburn, Palmetto) and the only unincorporated are of Fulton County. It covers over 125,000 acres, and runs along 70 miles of the Chattahoochee River. Gorgeous new homes, affordable neighborhoods, regional shopping areas and employment centers are now nestled in it's gently rolling hills, pristine woods and streams.
