While showing property yesterday, I came across one home with mounds of sand in the interior corners of the house. There were little white flakes in it. What could this be? Is this a sign of termites or maybe just ants?

Hey Betty-welcome to ActiveRain! Its hard to know if it was termites but I've seen quite a few of these strange mounds myself in some of the foreclosures I've been showing. The bugs crawling around look a lot like ants but shaped a little different. Good Luck!
