Can you imagine that the least expensive single family home in our area is $24K (not a typo)?

Not in the most affluent neighborhood, but still. I have guys coming to see a bunch of of townhomes and homes here today, and half of them are $115K.

Gary - This section of town is pretty woodsy - reminds me of Sacramento, Ca.  Odd, in a desert.
