If you want to live in a home in Fishers Indiana with great resale value, then this post is for you. I will be writing about several neighborhoods to give you some ideas of where resale is best. I am the local real estate expert in Fishers and can add value to your buying or selling experience.
The neighborhoods from 106th to 116th on Hague have some of the most beautiful lots and convenient access to the interstates. Most of Fishers Real Estate is new construction such as the areas out by Olio and 116th and at Brooks School and 126th; but there are treasures within Fishers that have held remarkable value in Berkley Grove, Hickory Woods and Timber Springs.
Timber Springs is a neighborhood with prices ranging from $275,000 to $365,000 depending on the lot, sq footage and basement size. Most of homes have basements in this neighborhood. Of the 13 that have sold in the last two years, eleven have had basements. the only draw back in this price point is that most of the homes have only 2 car garages. These homes were built in between 1989 and 1993. Many have five bedrooms and typically are well over 2,500 square feet. In looking at the history of this neighborhood over the last few years, they typically sell in less than 60 days and often within the first month! That's a neighborhood in Fishers with great resale. This neighborhood was featured in the Indianapolis Star as one of the best neighborhoods to live in.
There are only 106 homes in this neighborhood making it a highly desirable area and most of the lots are wooded and at least 1/3 of an acre. There is only one entrance from Hague.
