Celebrate at the "End of Summer" Carnival at the Glassell Park Recreation Center this weekend Friday, Sept. 19, 5pm to 9pm, Saturday, Sept. 20, and Sunday Sept. 21, 12pm to 9pm.
Please come out and support our park. This is a fund raiser for the park to help offset the budget cut that the city imposed. This fund raiser will help bring more ongoing programs at the park and host special events like the Halloween Spook Fest and the Annual Christmas Toy Give Away and Open House. So please join us.
And on Sunday, join us at the Community Center for "TOUCH A TRUCK"/KIDS FUN ZONE 12pm to 6pm in the GP Community/Senior Center parking lot. 3750 Verdugo Road@ Eagle Rock Blvd.
Kids young and young at heart can explore city trucks. Free bouncer, sco cones, pop corn, and cotton candy. Come and dunk our favorite Senior Lead Officer Red at the Dunk Tank. Free stuff and raffle.
