Coconut Grove is one of the oldest communities in the City of Miami overlooking Biscayne Bay with an eclectic style luring young residents since the early 1960's. The Grove also consists of a successful retail-entertainment center including Coco Walk, an indoor-outdoor shopping center with boutiques and restaurants and the Streets of Mayfair, which features a 10-screen movie theater. The small boutiques, restaurants and jewelry carts create an outdoor Miami atmosphere making the Grove a desirable destination for residents and visitors. Coconut Grove has other monumental features including the historic Villa Viscaya, the Miami Museum of Science, Mercy Hospital, respected and prestigious private schools, churches, parks and one of the most well liked marinas, Dinner Key.
