NV, North Las Vegas: BalloonaPalooza III Is Off and Flying

Balloona Palozza, an annual event held by the City of North Las Vegas, is being held this year at Craig Ranch Regional Park, 780 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas on September 19th to 21st. Admissions FREE.

BalloonaPalooza III, is a three-day hot air balloon festival, with approximately 21 balloons in flight. BalloonaPalooza III includes a full-sized carnival provided by Davis Amusements Cascadia, American Crown Circus, food and craft vendors, two stages featuring top notch entertainers and bands, including EVERCLEAR, and a spectacular fireworks display provided by Pyrotecnico

Hi Mary! It is funny you posted about this event. I'm in Las Vegas at BlogWorldExpo and Dru Bloomfield told me there was a balloon fesival tomorrow. Here I sit at the Marriott dying to go out there tomorrow! So much to do and so little time!

BTW are you at BlogWorldExpo? If not you need to try and make it next year. Awesome. Just awesome!

There used to be a big group of balloons that launched from Silver Bowl Park about this time of year and flew south over Henderson, almost right over my house. Sundance got a lot of exercise on those days barking and chasing them! Missed Baloona Palooza this year, but looking forward to other great events in North Las Vegas.
