Seems like everything we hear these days is gloom and doom. But, the sun is still shining, Fall is here and if the press would only look for a bit of positive I think we could find some! As far as real estate goes - there have been better times but the truth of it is . . .everyone needs a place to live! If you are renting you will NEVER see that money again. Don't get me wrong - your funds do provide a service to you . . .a place to lay your head but, if you could quality and purchase a home it would be like borrowing from yourself as you build equity in that home!
