This goes out to realtors. What do you look for in a loan officer when it comes to netoworking? Is there one quality that makes you decide to utilize that particular loan officer? Do you just pick the loan officer that is closest to you logistically? Do you go by the loan officers mission statement? Do you go by the number of testimonials they have?
