If you see yourself staying in this community for the next 4-5 years, this will be a great Frisco Real Estate Investment.  If you don't however, keep in mind that you will always have your hardest sale against the builder's new construction.  And if they are still your competition when you resell, you could add months onto your DOM and thousands off your profit margin.
