I toured the just released models at Cantara and Positano. I Liked model Two, Four and Fice.
Two is 2242 sqft 3BR/3BA starting at $714K or $319/sqft.
Four is 2642 sqft 4BR/3BA starting at $768K or $287/sqft
Five is 3027 sqft 3BR/3BA sarting at $817k or $269/sqft - what's unique about this property is the 3rd story retreat above the master bedroom. as you enter teh bedroom, there's a grand staircase on the left which taeks you to this amazing retreat. I could see it as a home office, a romantic get away, a family room, or the concubine chambers (just kidding). Very cool. depending on the lot, could offer an amazing view.
