Your website is a great place to feature you properties. You can put whatever you want on the page. You can have any number of photos and make them any size you want. You can design a format that works for you. You can direct clients to your site with adverrtising from flyers and print ads. I only use Homes and Land now because its a quality issue here. The sellers like it as it shows off their property and you can put some personality behind it. Few agents use this feature or fewer design their own pages. Visitors to the site can get an idea of the types of places they can find. You work hard to get to page one so why not use it to promote properties? You get another page of content as a bonus. www.neworleanscondos.net its in the middle of the page.

A website is good for anything you want it to be, its the truth.  How long ago did you start your own website?

I enjoyed looking at your site.

Always,

What no virtual tour?  I almost can't get by with that anymore.  I have a du-plex that I could not get a tour of so I had to give it a blog of it's own.

I have had the site for 3-4 years. I do not like virtual tours. Like to look at the sanp shots. I amy change my mind if I dealt with Luxury properties. Keeping it simple lets people look at waht they want. eric
