they should really look into pessure washing the fence and staining it. it makes a WORLD of difference and isnt expensive

Tom, Funny you should mention that as I had also.  The seller had actually already thought of it, contacted the city, and the city won't allow him to pressure wash the fence with the water restrictions.  He could probably do it without them knowing, but you know the cities are also watching the bills to see if there is an abundance of water being used at different residences... he probably put himself on the watch list by asking about it.
