Where’s the market going? Doesn’t matter, I’ll be here.

Real Estate Agent with Brio Realty

The buzz across the country is " the market is changing" "My sales have dropped" Agents are running back to their old jobs by the droves. As an industry how dose this affect us. Well I think it makes us look like opportunists only ready for the easy kill. Clients think we ore over paid cause so many agents quit as soon as it gets tough. Well the big news is it's tough everywhere and these easy money mongers will move on to the next easy thing.

Regardless of how many classes you sat through or how many designations you have next to your name. That doesn't make you a Real estate Professional. If your still here next year then you got what it takes. I'll see you then.

Its the same thing here in Las Vegas. I know quite a few realtors that have "day" jobs doing other things. This market will weed out the fringe players and ultimately be better for the consumer.

Look at it this way, if they leave, more clients for you to make happy!

It seems like there are so many agents in my area it may not hurt to lose a few.
