I have had this home on the market for so long with many price adjustments, and I see others around it sell for so much more with less room or needing more work. What do I do now? How much more can my seller reduce, should I stage it help!

I am sorry no one helped you when you posted this. But sometimes a good stager is all a house needs. Hopefully you got it sold now and congratulations on one year in the rain.
