Well today the real estate firm I am associated with had a massive brain fart. You all have probably read Louann Nudi's blogs and case studies. They show the enormous amount of real estate knowledge Louann has. Today PFWCI told her that they didn't need her services anymore. I guess they are so talent rich in the managerial department they can afford to throw away diamonds. This is not meant for anyone to throw her a pity party. She doesn't need it.
As our office manager Louann earned everyone's admiration and respect. She was a very accessible manager who had a lot to offer and she couldn't wait to share it with others. She respected our individual positions and idiosyncrocies and worked to make us better realtors in spite of ourselves. I have this need to vent and question everything. She listened to my ramblings and actually, listened. Not many individuals have that asset and I appreciated it.
Louann, I wish you nothing but the best and I am a better person for knowing you.
