Bikes, Blues, and BBQ In Northwest Arkansas!

This week sets the 9th annual Bikes, Blues and BBQ in Fayetteville, AR. This is the largest charitable bike rally in the United States that benefits local charities. The main stage will feature The Allman Brothers band on Friday night. There is some serious BBQ to be had and over 100,000 bikes to be seen. This event grows each year. This year is expected to bring more than 325,000 people to the area.  You can find more details at www.bikesbluesandbbq.org

This is not a real good photo, but the best I could get without getting ran over.  This photo is looking down Dickson Street.

 I'll post the amount that was raised for the local Charities when those totals are available.

If you coundn't make it to NWA this year, plan for next year. It's held in the last week of September. Next year will be the 10th year... so I'm sure it will be an even bigger event.

Donna  Hope you had fun!  I looks like you were standing right in front of the Lofts at Underwood Plaza!!!  The city did such a great job hosting the rally and I know everyone had a blast.  What a fantastic event that not only helped a lot of local charities but our local economy as well!
