Wow, what a hectic couple of months and I notice I haven't posted to my blog since July - yikes! The Eugene market is chugging along but as with everything, we're headed into winter which frightens both buyers and sellers, but we'll see.
All those months of prospecting are starting to pay off and the listings are starting to come in, which is nice. I guess the challenge is really ahead of me now. I've learned a lot of new rules, etc. re FHA but I'll save that for next time. Any new info out there regarding private financing (my latest interest, considering the kinds of properties that are hitting the market - pre-HUD mobiles, etc.)?
