Good day, We are considering relocating to the St Augustine area within the next year and of course would love to live on the Inter-coastal waterway but dont want to pay those high prices. We will be retiring (surprise) and are looking for deals. We are open to 55-plus communities but are not big fans of high monthly fees. We currently are marketing our near beach property in Mexico and hope to clear this soon. Thanks for keeping us in mind.
